Citizen M is a Hotel for modern individuals. People who travel a lot. They are independent, share a respect for the places they visit and are young at heart. These travelers are called: 'Mobile Citizens'. Coming from cities near and far, they share a common desire for affordable luxury. What they like includes stylish design, the latest technologies, quality products and a sociable atmosphere.

KesselsKramer invited us to cooperate on the design and production of 3 Citizen M videos.

We started with the company profile video. A video that explained the concept and idea behind Citizen M. This video was made before the first hotel opened its doors in Amsterdam (Schiphol).

The second video was the ‘local video’, specially made for their internal video broadcasting channel. For the local videos local artists were asked to create a video about the city they were from, in our case Amsterdam. These local videos are visible in all hotel rooms when visitors arrive. 

The third video was created for the opening of the first Citizen M hotel in New York. A nice old style Woody Allen black and white video with red animated elements.
