ROJO
2006 Print

ROJO is a true independent cultural production hub, founded by David Quiles Guilló (Barcelona, 2001). ROJO’s mission statement is to create, promote and push positive forward-thinking contemporary art to a wider audience worldwide.

After 10 years and 40 printed issues of the first world class all visual art magazine and 41 limited edition books, in May 2011 ROJO decided to stop publishing its worldwide distributed printed sweetness and it is now investing its energies and resources in new projects and upcoming cultural start-up enterprises.

310k has made artworks for a couple of the regular magazines and the special NIKE Air celebration issue. We have also contributed 4 big size artworks to the International Outdoor Urban Art Exhibition ROJO organized together with J&B in Barcelona and 3 other major cities in Spain and the Reina Sofia Contemporary Art Museum in Madrid.

The last project we worked on for ROJO was the Nova event in Sao Paulo. We created a video trailer for the event but also played a couple of live shows with a special designed TCS (Triangle-Circle-Square) performance in the Museum of Image and Sound in Sao Paulo (Brazil).
